Payment Terms

At Urban Office Computer Distributors, we provide flexible and secure payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. By placing an order with us through www.urbancomputers.co.ke, you agree to the following payment terms:

  1. Mobile Money Payments

We accept payments via M-Pesa Paybill and Airtel Money.

Payment confirmation must be received before goods are released or dispatched.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available within Nairobi and its environs.

COD is limited to orders valued at KES 10,000 or less.

For orders above this limit, full payment must be made in advance.

COD is not available for upcountry deliveries.

  1. Upcountry Orders

Orders outside Nairobi must be fully paid for in advance before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for collecting their goods from the designated courier office in their town.

  1. Bank Payments

We also accept payments through the following methods:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
  • Pesalink
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Cheque Deposits (goods will be dispatched only after the cheque clears)

Banking details will be provided on the invoices, upon request or on order confirmation.

  1. Payment Confirmation

Orders will only be processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed in our systems.

Customers are encouraged to retain their payment confirmation (e.g., M-Pesa message, bank slip) for reference.

  1. Currency

All payments must be made in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless a customer requests to pay in United States Dollars (USD).

USD payments are subject to prevailing market exchange rates.

Banking details for USD transactions will be provided on invoices, order confirmations, or upon request.
